HR Generalist Supervisor Level (Kode : HRDG)
Kualifikasi :
1. Perempuan
2. Maksimal 35 tahun
3. Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan jurusan Psikologi, Hukum, Management)
4. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang HRIS / HRD Generalist
5. Mengerti tentang Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan permasalahan Industrial
6. Berpengalaman menangani Asuransi Kesehatan, JAMSOSTEK, Personal Accident

Competencies:

·Good Interpersonal and effective communication skills
·Strong Problem solving and analytical skills
·Facilitation and presentation skills
·Ability to set priorities, handle heavy workload and meet aggressive deadlines

Qualification

· Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
· 5 years experience in Human Resources
