Medical Executive

Job Description:
a. Develop and conducting training for new recruited Med Reps as well as
refreshing training.
b. Coordinates participation in medical/scientific activities
c. Give the input to the KOL ophthalmologist, marketing, sales and
business development team in related to scientific based productsd.
d. Maintain strategic relationships with KOL/Association/ eye
center/licensor/ CRO
e. Doing Post Marketing Surveillance data (Monitoring adverse reaction
of marketing products)
f. Set up and monitor clinical trial implementation including monitor
site compliance to protocol and GCP requirement ,

Personal Qualities:
§ Good active verbal and written communication skills in English
§ Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and
within a team structure
§ Willing to travel around locally and internationally
§ A High level of integrity and trust
§ At least Medical background
§ A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
§ Excellent presentation skill
§ Excellent computer skill

The incumbent will have direct reporting line to District Sales

that he/she can propose appropriate solutions/propositi ons which
improve business operation, proactively find new business
opportunities, develop strong and professional customer

consistent basis and build and maintain a high level of product
knowledge. Develop strong networks and external relation with
customers, government, 3rd parties, hotel association etc.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree or higher in Chemical Engineering /
Pharmaceutical/ Science from reputable university
* Previous working experiences at least 5 years in
Hospitality/ Pharmacy/ Chemical Industry (backgrounds in dish
washer, laundry equipment, floor care and kitchen hygiene are
preferred)
* Having strong networks in related industries
* Strong technical background in management role
* Have proven success in people management, Excellent in
Leadership Skill
* Business understanding (customers base, sales, profit & cost
management) and good knowledge in fulfilling customer needs

* Excellent in communication & interpersonal skill
* Fluent in English is a must
* Willing to travel & be located all over Indonesia
* Good team player, high commitment and integrity
